General :: What does your name Teoti mean?
Hi,
I have had this question many times.
What does Teoti mean? Well, in all languages it is interpreted different but, Teotihuacan is where my wife and I got inspiration for our company name, colors and mind set.
It actually means a lot to me on a deeper level, symbolic and things like that. It was the largest Pre-Columbian civilization in the Americas. I have an affinity for South American cultures anyway.
It was the first society that helped each other and realized you need others help to make life easier. Plus some of the architecture and ‘frameworks’ of the cities pyramids and layout go beyond reasoning at that time in the world.
Makes you think, are we getting smater with technology or have we always been this smart? Plus, is technology half the downfall of this planet.

We have been using this name since 2002.
Update :: Also note the theory of an uprising against the ‘elite’. Some say this is why the city fell because the poor didn’t care anymore and said well the rich really don’t mean anything.

I love history and this seems to happen to EVERY culture ever recorded. Civil war becuse of the classes getting farther apart, huh kinda like the US.
