Flex 2 :: Teoti Graphix.com :: Finally up

Hello,

This has been along time coming but, our site is finally back online again.

Teoti Graphix Site

Still working on getting all the examples up but, if you take a look over there you will see the general structure that will be the template for all our components to come.

We have covered most all sections dealing with customer support.

NOTE :

Teoti Graphix does not have the ’standard email support’. Thinking about this rationally, what is the point of email when a forum can be used for the same purpose and the questions are answered and archived for others to see.

The overhead from multiple questions of the same nature incur an overhead that is not necessary. Forums support is the best for efficiency and accuracy. The forum question will be answered within one business day.

I think you can see from the site that support is our number one focus, we are just doing this a little different from others. Things like this evolve and I think for what we offer this will work out for the better.

Components

The two flex 2 components being released really soon are the CheckBoxTreeFX and SizerManagerFX. Stay tuned or sign up for the component newsletter on the site to stay informed of when exactly they will be released.

The examples are on there way as we speak(on the site).

Forums

You will need to become a registered user to post anything on the site. The areas where you can post comments are;

- Ask Before You Buy forums
- Help Book pages.

ASDoc Documentation

I am really proud of our asdoc’s because they are generated with DocumentFX a tool I developed in beta 1 with a Flex 2 UI.

Why is this important for our customers?

Well, this means that in the future, there are going to be some really nice additions to support and interactive support-community sharing. More to come on the DocumentFX in the future.

So thanks for reading and stay in touch!

Mike
